Commissions FAQ
How do I get a Commission?
Announcements will be made on all my social media, art sites, and on Discord (in the announcements tab)
Please DM me on Discord (reubenyeoart) or email me at reubenyeoart@hotmail.com with your commission request, or if you have any inquiries.
What to include in your Commission Request
- The pricing tier you want (More info under Price Points)
- Reference material (character sheets, game screenshots, etc.)
- A short description of what you would like for your commission.
All payments for the below items are to be done via Paypal Invoice, upon submission of the initial thumbnails/sketches.

Note: All prices are for single-character works except for Illustration prices (1-2 character works)

Shaded Lined Style

Additional Charges
Complexity Surcharge (Subject to case-by-case basis at my discretion) : $30
Extra Characters (for Illustration tier, 3+ characters) : $30 per character
Major Edit Requests (Subject to case-by-case basis at my discretion, or after 3 major revisions): $30 per revision
What will I receive?
Full-resolution copy of final artworks (PNG)
- For Avatar/Profile Pic tier, resized version of profile picture will also be included.
Web-resolution copy of final artworks (JPG)
Working file copies (Thumbnail in PSD, Working file in PSD)

*Architecture will add approx. 2 weeks to the commission's completion time.
Work I won't do
All NSFW/Porn
Anime-style work (Anime/Manga characters are okay, however)
Hate speech/imagery (Anything invoking fascism, oppression towards real-life minorities, etc.)
Suggestive artwork (Pin-ups, etc.)
Graphic Design/T-shirt Designs
Terms and Conditions
Artwork above is merely representative of deliverables. Final products will vary.
Artwork Rights:
Unless officially signed, I retain rights to distribute and share the artwork created as part of a commission on social media for the purposes of my portfolio.
For non-commercial work, the client is not allowed to make use of the artwork for commercial purposes (advertising, merchandise, etc.).
Please let me know during the request stage if the work is to be used commercially, so that we can discuss additional pricing for commercial usage.
I do not condone any of my artwork to be used as a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) or training for AI image generators, including work done as part of a commission.
Commission Process:
Please provide references required for the task - detailed descriptions are fine but images are preferred as far as possible.
Work-in-Progress screenshots will be given to the client only on request. Please message me on the relevant medium (Discord, email, Twitter DM) with a request and the relevant image will be sent to the client as soon as possible.
If the client orders multiple commissions, please understand that there will be a delay in deliverables.
Major revisions involve intensive reworks to the commissioned piece, e.g.
- Redoing artwork composition after initial composition sketch has been selected,
- Redesign of character after character design has been finalised,
- Reversion of artwork elements after changes have been implemented from previous feedback\
Refunds:
Once the preview of the finished commission is sent to the client, no refund request will be entertained.
To request a refund, send me a message on the relevant medium (Discord, email, Twitter DM)
Once a commission has been started (before sketches are submitted), the client will be refunded 90% of the fee for the commission.
Once sketches have been submitted to the client before a sketch is selected, the client will be refunded 70% of the fee for the commission.
Once sketches have been submitted to the client after a sketch is selected, the client will be refunded 50% of the fee for the commission.
Late Fees:
Invoices for the client's commission are sent when the initial sketches are completed and sent to the client. There is a 10-day deadline for payment of the invoice, and late fees of 2% of the client's total fee will be incurred every week for non-payment of the invoice.
